Need help in troubleshooting. Current specs are on the right ->
Windows randomly decides not to use the full 16GB when I moved my PC around to vaccume dust on the floor. It uses half and keeps the other half as "system reserved". I have tried some of the solutions where you can set the hardware reserved memory in windows: These solutions did not work. BIOS have always been able to detect 16GB however.
I have tried attempting to boot with 1 RAM stick. Initially the comp refused to boot with stick A, so I labeled it "faulty". But in later attempts to test it again, "faulty" stick works.
RAM test:I used the free version of https://www.memtest86.com/ but since it's a free version, I can only test it 4 rounds at a time (I'd leave it running like 2 days on infinite loop.)
Testing both sticks individually returns no errors, even when I tweaked the frequency to 2933MHz.
Got tired of testing, so I eventually left "Faulty" RAM stick in. Haven't been doing any form of intensive computing recently anyway, so I made do with 8GB. All the above was over a period of around 1-2 months...?
Yesterday night decided to try using non-faulty stick. Refused to boot.
Today, decided to try again. using Stick A and stick B individually refuses to boot. Decided not to waste time on it -> puts both back. Windows uses all 16GB

I cannot be bothered to change the timings and frequency back to 2933.
I have tried using different RAM slots as well. No conclusive results to draw.
So, with 3 pieces of hardware suspected faulty, what is the probablilty of Mobo or either RAM stick to be faulty? How do I test?
For future reference, when I change my comp:
Mobo: Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3
RAM: Corsair 16GB 3200MHz Vengeance LED DDR4 (CMU16GX4M3200C16R) (Running at 2933MHz)
