i've experienced this recently. the usb port is wet. dry it by shaking off excess water and let it dry naturally or use dryer in cool mode to fast dry.
Use a tissue paper, roll one corner into a tip and insert to the USB C port as well as the headphone socket. Twist the tissue paper in the headphone socket. In the USB C socket, try to use the tip to wipe the both sides of the port. Should get rid of most of the water.
