im trying to connect pins like these to my motherboard, the power led, sound etc and f_usb2's pin connectors.

however for such connections there seems to be no foolproof connection, i.e the plug can fit into the pin all 360 degrees regardless the orientation of the side with the white words(up left right bottom).

may i ask if it matters? if so, what is the correct orientation? thank you kinly !!!!

For power & reset connectors, does not matter. For power on LED & HDD LED, wrong connection means no light. So follow + signal on connector & motherboard + pin. Refer to your motherboard manual for pin label.

For USB 2.0/3.0, there is a single direction to plug in, foolproof way.

Look at the motherboard guide book. Plus is normally on the left side. Negative on right side.

Asus motherboards come with Q-Connectors which make this connection job much easier.

Look at your motherboard manual. Should show you what pins are for what plugs. It is not that difficult. Be confident. You can do it. ;)
