Give me a moment to test it out on my system.
For now,

Could you please shut down your system then switch it on again.

Once it switches on (before it shows the Asus boot / splash screen)
Continuously Press F9 - let's see if can bring you to "advanced start up options"

Apologies, laptop's lagging.

Let's try this first.

1. In the Uefi ( Aptio Setup Utility) use the arrow keys and navigate to the "Boot" tab.

2. Use the arrow keys and disable the "fast boot" option

3. F10 - save and exit

4. Let it reboot to the Uefi again

5. Press power button to shut down

6. Repeatedly press F8 / F9 & power up your Laptop. Let's see if that brings you to the advanced start up options

Do note that all data could be lost.
Will guide you through the steps now to get to advanced start up options through media creation tool.

Alternative:
If unable, you can choose to do a clean install of windows as well. ( no cd key required). Do note that you would have to reinstall drivers from Asus.

Please prepare the following:
1. empty thumbdrive (4gb and above)
2. power up your desktop

Let me know when u are ready to proceed

Step 0:
Plug in the thumb drive to your desktop

Step 1:
Download and install the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from the link listed here - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

Step 2:
Run and install Media Creation Tool

Step 3:

Step 4:
Uncheck "use reccommended options"
Do check the version of Windows 10 currently your Asus laptop - (Home / Pro & bit - 32 / 64 bit) and change the options as required.

Step 5:
Select USB, followed by next. Then verify the drive by the alphabet that you wish to create a bootable media on, followed by next.

Step 6:
It should take sometime to create the bootable media.
Following which, you now have a bootable / recovery media to repair/ reinstall your OS from.

Step 7:
Insert your flash drive onto the Asus laptop before turning it on.

Step 8:
Navigate via arrow keys to the "Save and Exit" tab

Step 9:
Under "Boot Override" in the "Save and Exit" tab
Look for your flash drive, navigate to it and "enter"

Step 10:
It should load and bring you to the Windows 10 installation menu

Let me know if you can get to this step.

Cheers!
