Step 11:
You will see a blue Windows logo (dont be alarmed, it would take time to load)
Step 12:
You will then be brought to "Windows setup" with language options to choose from.
Under "Time and currency format" , select English (Singapore) followed by next.
Step 13:
You will be brought to a screen
with a square box in the middle of a screen with the words "install now". (Take note of this step incase repairing does not work)
For now, we will click on the option " Repair your computer" on the bottom left of the screen
Step 14:
Select "Trouble shoot your PC"
Step 15:
Select " System restore" , followed by "Windows 10"
Step 16:
In the Systems restore menu, check the option which states " Show more restore points"
Step 17:
Select an earlier date, followed by next and system restore will proceed.
Let me know if you can get to this point.
