Help...My laptop wouldn't turn on...

I pushed the ON button to turn on my laptop, the "switch on" LED indicator is lighted up but the screen is always black out and nothing shown. Sometime, the buzzer goes off when i turn it on.

Is it that my graphic card is faulty or the monitor screen spoilt? Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks...

Push and hold the power on button when starting up to let it force shutdown. Then power on again and try?

if can, try connecting an external monitor to your laptop and power it up, try and see if there's image on the monitor. Is there a beep sound and does your HDD light flicker (activitiy is going on)?
