[Help!] My PC desktop keeps flashing! Windows 10

Help needed!
Initially was profile svc failed, can't login user.

Tried to shift restart... froze.
So I force restart..

Now I can login user, but the desktop is black and the task bar just keep flashing..

Keyboard and mouse to reaction..
Help please.
Can whatsapp me at 8333 4600. I should u the video..

Likely OS corrupted or hard disk having bad sectors.
