Help! Need help with building a gaming PC

Hi! Need help with building a PC.

I want to build a gaming PC and my budget is roughly SGD1800 excluding Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard and GPU.
I am currently on a dual monitor setup with my ASUS TUF Gaming VG279 as the main monitor. I also have a brand new Palit RTX3070 Gaming Pro 8GB GDDR6 for this new PC. The games are usually play now are CSGO, Valorant, KF2 and Valheim but am expanding the list of games to play.

CPU: Ryzen R7 3700X
Mem: 2x16GB 3200MHZ
Storage: 1TB SSD
Optical: A dvd or blu ray drive
PSU: Full modular 850w
Casing: Mid tower with optical drive slot with at least 1 front intake and 1 rear outlet.

Why get 5600x when you can get 11700k
Check the price and performance yo

A quick price check and this is what I recommend
11700kf + z590 mb - 900
2tb adata nvme - 370
2x8gb ram - around 150, find a cheap and fast one, no fancy led
Any 10 years warranty psu with 650w or more, except evga ga which has no review so buy at own risk - around 170
200 for casing and fans

Those are local price, I believe you could find cheaper deal online
