Help Needed - Black screen after login (Windows 10>

It just happened today, I think there was an update or something? Not too sure. After I log into my account, i enter a black screen with just my cursor visible, nothing else.

Ctrl alt del works to bring up Task Manager and I see that explorer is running fine, all apps running. Then it hangs.

I tried System Restore to two previous points and the problem doesn’t go away. Same thing happens for Safe Mode as well, black screen with just my cursor. Anyone knows how to fix this?

You can try soft reset this pc? Reinstall windows without removing personal files (but your games and softwares need to reinstall, only read and write files like .doc, .jpg, etc will remain)
