[Help Needed] Building a Gaming PC with budget

So my previously built desktop based on advices by the gurus here have lasted me > 4 years now already and i feel that its time for me to change a new pc now, My budget has lowered but can be increased if needed.

as such would like to get more advice from the gurus here this time again !

Games i would liek to play with this new computer would be SimCity 2013 , Battlefield 4 , Saint rows IV and Bioshock Infinite etc

Budget : Around 700( can be increased to 1k~ )

Requirements :

Casing : No Preference
CPU : Quad core / i can do with amd as well?
Mobo : No Preference
GPU : No Preference
Ram : No Preference
PSU : No Preference
HDD : Intel 530 Series 240GB ( Already bought from amazon )
OS : Windows 8 ( already purchased)

i will be trying to snipe deals from amazon but will need to know which parts to look out for >.<

Adata 8gb 1600mhz ~ $85
WD blue 1tb ~ $78
Gigabyte r928X OC 3gb 3x windforce ~ $425
Superflower hx600 600w 80+ gold ~ $109
Sharkoon t28 ~ $87

total ~ $1055

If you want cheaper can consider the zotac gtx760 2GB + superflower hx500 500w 80+ gold ~ $399.

if i want to forgo the WD Blue , are there any better choice for the motherboard ? of is the motherboard a really good choice ? never really heard of asrock before ;p

Current Planned COmputer Config...

MOBO + CPU : msi b87m g43 + 4570 ~ 356
GPU : Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHZ OC 2 GB 256 -bit GDDR5 approx 219 sgd would this be gd enough for BF4 ?
SDD : Intel 530 SSD 240GB
CASING : Sharkoon t28 ~ $87
RAM : waiting for deals on amazon

Any better suggestions for the above ?

Just get the r9 280x. Is a better card. 4 tiers higher than a 7870. An me the vram requirements of bf4 of min 3gb vram.
