Help needed for DIY rig

Hi all, planning to get new setup by this week, what should i consider with a budget of 1k, budget is my main concern so i cant compromise on the amount. Will be playing some casual games such as Dota2 and HotS, maybe some MMOs as well. I need an OS and i do want to consider an SSD if my budget allows.

Anyone have suggestions?

I already have a dual monitor setup, speakers and keyboard/mouse.
