help needed for ip4 updated to ios7.04

no sound after making the update to ios7.04

only sounds come from incoming ringtone and alarm(w/o earphones)

no keyboard, sms, whats app sounds

sounds only come out when i plug in a earphone

no whats app and sms notification as well.

anyone having the same issues can advise?

TS - last resort, u can try calling Apple & ask for 1-to-1 exchange since updating to iOS 7 caused this. Even if your phone is out of warranty, I think Apple may grant some leeway & approve a 1-to-1 exchange, after all, what have you got to lose?

Apple - unless your warranty haven't expired then Singtel. Once your warranty expires, Singtel won't entertain. Apple may put up an exceptional case for u.
