help needed for new pc setup

Hi everyone, need some help to setup a pc after 7 years from my previous build.
Budget wise around 2k

- casual gaming, believe middle level gpu will works
- not using for photo or video editing
- hope for a more easier maintenance fans build (like those with filters from fractal design)

* to add on, I'm not that confident in diy and will be getting all or most from a shop to get it build

Maybe the fractal meshify series, they are probably the only ones that has full bottom filter that can be removed from the front.

Maybe can try CM NR400. Quite simple with front mesh. easy to maintain.
If u noe DIY, buy on9 will be cheaper.

If there's stuff you can get from China, and it's cheaper by around 20%... should consider it...

My previous desktop and current rig-in-building, some components is from China and depending on the components you buy there and the risk you're willing to take, you can save quite a lot...
