Help needed! Friend need new rig

I need your advise on a new rig set up for my friend.

His budget is within 1k. No need monitor, kb, mouse, OS and speaker.

Parts he will be re-using is R5850, HDD and SDD.

This rig is mainly for planning games like Dota 2, Battlefield 3 and some light photo editing.
