Hi, I am planning a trip to Taiwan this Oct 2013,
I am in search for friendly and reliable driver that are able to ferry us from:

1 ) XinZuoying HRS Station to Taitung Train Station
2 ) TaiTung Train Station to Hualien City

Please let me if these trip are possible and your best recommendations

I just did a trip from Kaohsiung to Taitung, and then to Hualien (in Jul13).

I didn't engage a driver from Kaohsiung to Taitung, I took the train.
