[Help needed] Gaming Rig for around $1500

Hi guys! Has been surviving on my laptop for the past 3year and have decided to get a desktop PC for gaming like Dota2 on high quality (Hopefully??) and some other steam game, light Photoshop, web surfing ,watching videos and multi-tasking. Any kind souls and expert here can recommend me a rig which cost around $1500 or hopefully cheaper that can perform / meet the requirements above?

i would like it to include
-a keyboard (the $99 one which alot of people recommend but i forgot the name)

-Mouse (i have a wireless BT mouse i'm currently using for my laptop if budget don't allow)

-22-24 inc.. monitor (i have a super old monitor which is at least 5years old if the budget doesnt allow)

-window 7 OS.

Thanks in advance and hopefully i can get some kind recommendations here before i go and approach fortran...

P.S i'm a total noob when it comes to DIY as this is the first time i'm trying to buy a DIY PC after lurking at this forum for awhile and hearing people say a DIY PC is cheaper and can get you better quality/better graphic then buying it outside.

If you are a noob in diy you can pm fortran. Or alternatively buy all the components and bring to nigel shop at sls lv2. He can help you assemble with a small fee.

Honestly speaking dota 2 isnt demanding at all. A friend of mind is playing on igp. So lets just say you wanna have something to play other type of games.

Never ever play dota 2 with wireless mouse. Terrible choice.

Thanks for the reply but is there other option for monitor w/o speaker as i already have creative t30 wireless. and for the keyboard...is brown switch good?? the $99 KB i've heard alot about is something called rose.... something. Also, how about the rig like cpu,gpu etcetc for around this price range or lower? TIA

Another brand is called Rosewill but the type of switches is subjective to individual.
