(Help needed) ITunes/Iphone eating data for no reason

So for couple of days, its been eating up my data.

Within 1 day I was using 1GB, the next following day it says 2GB used

I've switched off ALL services, and some how its still eating (but lesser)

So I've RESET and Erased ALL contents/settings and set up as NEW. Was working fine... the next thing I know, its eating 1GB a day again.

Traced and found iTunes ate up 1GB/2GB and counting right now.

Whats going on ??!??

Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > scroll all the way down till you find 'iCloud Drive'. Disable or turn it off.

This would allow iCloud Drive to sync or backup via Cellular also instead of just via Wi-Fi.

I'm so sorry for not stating it clear enough. Turning the toggle off would disable iCloud Drive services via cellular.

Settings > iTunes & App Stores > disable 'Use Mobile Data'
