Looking to get a new pc.
Mostly for office work with light photoshop, watching online movies.
Not playing game with this.

Budget ard $1k-1.2k with monitor, OS etc complete.

Below is what I have in mind:

RAM: Kingston DDR4 2133MHz 8GB
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
OS: Windows 10 Home
GPU: ??? Do I need this ???

Casing: Can suggest one that has 2 x USB3.0 in front? Mid-tower size?
PSU: Any suggestion?

CASE: Tecware Edge ($69)
MOBO+CPU: ASUS H110M-A M.2 + i5-7500 ($412)
RAM: Kingston Valueram DDR4 2133MHz 8GB ($85)
PSU: FSP Hexa+ 450W ($58)
SSD: PNY CS1311 240GB ($109)
HDD: WD Blue 1TB ($72)
GPU: Zotac GTX 1050 Ti Mini 4GB ($204 via lazada after $15 off)
OS: Windows 10 Home (<$20 via carousell)
MONITOR: Dell SE2417HG ($161 via lazada after 8% off)

TOTAL: $1190

Price quoted from PC Theme of otherwise stated.

You don't have much of a choice with the given budget unless you sacrifice the GPU. This is what I can make do with your budget at best.

GPU will ease your photoshop rendering, but you can make do without it as well. Thread at Adobe forum to decide whether you truly need the GPU or not. If you don't need it, you can drop the GPU and go for another 8gb of ram (suggest just get a stick of 16gb instead of 8gb @ $162) and a Superflower Leadex Silver 550W PSU ($119).
