Help needed. Pc can't boot

I have a dell pc which couldn't be boot up recently.
It gives 2 short beeps continuously.
Nothing shown on monitor.
Any expert can help on this?

tried taking out and put in another slot.
Still same issue. means ram faulty?
But I don't have DDR2 ram to test. Have to buy a new one if want to test

DDR2 is $10 for a 2GB stick on vr-zone. If you only have one 2GB stick, you might want to consider picking up another one or two.

Have u tried cleaning the gold contact with soft eraser?
