HELP NEEDED : PC Cold Boot Problem

I have been using my PC (MSI board) for many years running on Window 7. Recently it has the problem during cold boot.

During cold boot it will either crash (with blue screen) or restart after the windows launched for less than few minute.

It takes few boot before the PC stable. Once it is stable the PC continues to work perfectly fine.

What could be the possible problem? RAM?

If you suspect ram, try with one stick of ram.

More likely is either PSU or motherboard, given the age of your desktop.
