Okay heres the thing , my dad main phone somehow just crashed and he is using another phone as a spare and he need my help on transferring the contacts from previous phone to the spare phone which he is using now .
The main question mark is I dont know whether he save his contacts via phone or sim card .
Is there a way to receive his previous contacts from the phone that is totally crashed?
