Help needed regarding pc setup

Hi. I have a few questions on how can i change my setup.
First, i have a asrock h81m mobo and sharkoon t28 case.
My questions are
1) i plan to switch out all 3 fans in this case but i notice only the rear fan is connected to the mobo fan headers. And the other 2 front intake fans are connected to psu through psu molex. I understand that the fans i purchase comes in either 3/4pins. So how do i connect them? Did some research on it and the solution is to use an adapter. Can i get this at sls for a cheap price? Saw one at the doraemon thread but the meetup is far lol as i stay relatively near to sls.
2) i want to change my stock cpu cooler. Even tho i have shortlisted some compatible coolers with the case, but still unsure which is btr. Cm hyper 212, or deepcool gammax 400? Even tho both coolers height is slightly below the t28 max height of 160mm will it still fit? Anyone knows? And if anyone know if i can change the fans on these 2 coolers to something else?
3) if i were to buy corsair af 120 twin pack from lazada, what is the best way to get most discount for it? Nvr do online shopping in my life b4. Except digital copy of games or os at that time recommended by moneyface and jian19 thanks to them for cheaper os purchase.

1. i am guessing your mbo has only 1-2 fan headers? or maybe even one fan header. i am also using an h81 board.

because your board only has 1 header (CHAS_FAN)for the fan, you would only be able to connect one fan to the motherboard directly. You can however use an adapter (a y splitter) which allows you to connect 2 fans on a single fan header, the downside is you "might" burn the header on the mbo. but 2 fans on a single fan header should be fine ( as tested by other users on the forums)

if you wish to connect additional fans you will have the fellowing options
1. connect via molex directly PSU ( runs at full Speed , you cannot control the speed)
2. buy a fan controller. you can connect all your additional case fans to the fan controller and control it

2. what is your CPU? are you using a K series CPU? there is really no need to change to a better cooler unless you overclocking or if you find the stock cooler loud ( which i find them loud, thats why i swapped out mine) temps does improve abit , it depends on what cooler you use and the airflow of your case and what not)

i do not own a T28 case so i can't comment on that, you will have to wait for users who have this case. they might have an idea if it fits or not

2 fan header. 1 cpu and 1 chasis. I think i will just change out all the case fan before changing a cooler. i do understand that non k cpu dont really need an aftermarket cooler. But just tempting to get one for look nia. I must admit after building this budget com, really fall into diy pc and keep thinking of upgrading. LOL.

1) Retail packaged fans will come with 3/4pin header to molex adapter so you do not need to purchase separate adapters.

2) Yes Hyper 212 EVO will still fit, but really no point getting one when your CPU cannot even overclock. Temps will be lower but to a medium extent. Yes you can change as long as fan size is same as bundled one, i.e. 120mm to 120mm
