A question from a newbie with prepaid cards and thank you for sharing your thoughts and guidance.
1. For prepaid hi-Cards, is there a prefix for all such prepaid cards? For example, the one I have starts with “901” and I wonder whether there is such designation?
2. If my phone is autoroaming and I get called from a Singapore line (whether land or mobile), will it be the ringtone of that country I am roaming in or the Singapore one?
3. Has anyone had this experience before:
A postpaid subscriber has a prepaid voicemail service when his phone is switched off in Singapore. In other words, the person insists that his number is a postpaid line although the voicemail mentions that it is a HiCard subscriber. The person says that it is a repeat problem which Singtel cannot fix – any truth or experience here?
Thank you for reading and any guidance here.
