[HELP NEEDED] Some problem

Hi,

Could any pro kindly advise a solution for this:

The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 1920x1080@60hz or any other monitor listed timing as per the monitor specifications.

Yesterday was ok, this morning i on my desktop then come out this message. I tried connecting to onboard Graphic but no signal and screen turn blank instead.

I'm not pro but it seems like you are trying to over clock your monitor.

What is your monitor resolution and model and your graphics card?

If it's full hd then just right click go to graphics properties and follow the recommended reso.
