Dear all,

Need your expert help here... i bought a tempered glass screen protector recently. Before i apply, i have ensure that my iphone screen is clean and free from dust. However, when i apply the screen protector, i notice there are 2 tiny spots of unknown stains below it. Initially i thought theres dust on the screen protector, so i tried using scotch-tape to remove it. It does not help. The 2 dots of stains looks kinda of "oil", got "rainbow effect". Not sure if any experts here met such issue, and know how to remove the stains.

Thank you.

If its too much in the centre, then I am afraid you need to pull out the whole glass protector ... what I do is get a full size sticker which would cover the glass , then take out the protector and put the sticky part of the sticker at its back so no more dust lint can attach onto it ... then clean the screen again properly .. peel out the the sticker from the protector and apply again ...

I have personally, re-applied SGP Glas.tr (take out fully and put back) 4 times without glue issues ... of course this is not to say that you may have issues re-applying ..

Good luck !

Is it possible that the dust is on the sticky side of the glass protector itself, & not the screen of the phone?

yes possible
i tried on S4 too. anyway must rem dont use anything to go wipe the glass (sticky part). wa its going to jiak the fibres. lol end up i have to use scotchtape to tape out the fibres. still ok. still sticking well onto the screen. i removed about 3-4x too i think.

how good is TS SP? if cheap cheap one.. dont know le?

Anyone knows how to take out the glass protector? It seems very difficult to come off...

Use yr fingernail. No need for all this screen protectors. The iphone display itself already has an oleophobic coating which resists fingerprints

You can try using a knife to slide between the screen and glass screen protector, then use your fingernail to lift off the rest of the screen protector.
