Help needed to resolve my pc issues!

I just got my new rig about 3 months back and it starts surfacing problems mainly with my graphic card. Whenever i start up my com, the whole system feels pretty slow and lag to me. When i start playing my game it definitely starts to lag and frame rate starts to drop. I need to reinstall my nividia driver in order to get it back to shape. Once i reinstalled the driver, everything is running smoothly again. However, after 20mins through the game, a pop up window states that my memory is running low and all my program starts to close one by one. The screen resolution of the computer became big. This issue has been pestering me for quite awhile now.

My spec:
ASRock B75M-DGS
msi geforce GTX 760
intel i5-3470


Can anyone tell me what is going on with my computer? Much appreciated.

Agree. Looks like throttling...

I did not do anything to the setting. Does it mean the system is overpowering by itself?
