[Help needed] Upgrading PC

Hi everyone, in a dilemma on whether to upgrade my GPU only or if I should change my whole PC. I'm primarily gaming on my desktop but I also do some graphic works on photoshop and illustrator at times.

Was thinking of SLI-ing my gtx460 but it seems that I will need to change my PSU as well if I need to do so. My main aim will be to run at least high or ultra on the latest games.

My current specs are:
Intel i5 760
Gigabyte P55A-UD3
OCZ Obsidian Series PC3 12800 2gbx2
Palit GTX 460 Sonic Platinum
Andyson F500M
Samsung F3 1TB
Intel 530 series 240gb

The question is why is there a need? Like gaming? Working?

If working I guess no need ba but gaming advice buy new rig cause ram abit too low
gpu abit old so slightly also not much difference
the psu old le also
Hdd and Ssd can keep so by the time I finsh all these might as well change whole rig

Well, there isn't really a need I guess, just figured it's time for an upgrade as I can pass on this com down to my cousin if I'm upgrading the entire thing. Mostly been using it for gaming and at time photoshop/illustrator

okay! will there be a need to upgrade my cpu or psu if I'm looking at the r9 280? I'm afraid it'll be the bottleneck then haha

500W should be enough to power a 280 but if you have the budget it would be advisable to upgrade your psu.

As for your I5 750, there might be a slight bottleneck but performance drop should be negligible during gaming
