Help needed with desktop computer

Hi all, would like to see help as i have tried for two whole days to solve my computer problem. I assembled my computer five years ago. Recently, when i switched on the computer, the computer cannot boot up even to the bios screen. My monitor said No signal and went into power saving. I saw the fans spinning , cpu fan, spinning and graphic card fans spinning. Then the fans stopped spinning. The computer restarts auyomiatically and the whole process looped.
I have reset the Bios and unplugged the RAMs and installed again. Still the computer same. Please help. Thanks.

Might be faulty PSU or bloated caps on the motherboard. First step is to either bring it to 2nd floor SLS for checking or buy a new PSU.

I had almost 80% similar problems as you 3 days ago. After testing not the monitor problem, i took out graphic card first to reboot then my pc worked like normal. Last night bought a new graphic card and the problem solved. Good luck to you.

Yes it is the motherboard which is spoilt. Changed and all is well again. Thanks for the help.
