Help needed with rooting N4 problem

Hi all,

i was trying to root my nexus 4 by following the instructions on one of the XDA threads but i ran into some problem.

Basically, CWM isnt flashed properly. TWRP seemed to be having issue too and when i reboot phone, it gets stuck at the X logo. Wiping cache/delvik cache seemed to have failed too.

Thus i was hoping if anyone can help me resolve the problem. i do not mind paying a fee for it.
