Hi guys so I just recently started doing my first budget gaming rig, this is how it started, after finishing my build, I hook up my graphics card Hdmi to my TV and it was working fine, installing windows 8 and then I was upgrading to windows 8 pro, after the installation, I could not get signal from graphics card Hdmi, my graphics card has a dvi slot but I don't have the cable hence I was using Hdmi, I tried plugging to my on board vga and Hdmi still it doesn't have any signal, I really need some help.

My specs are:
Asrock B75-Pro3m
Intel G2030
8GB ram
Palit GTX 650 Ti Boost 1GB
Seasonic 520w psu
1tb Seagate barracuda

Try getting drivers for your Palit GTX 650Ti Boost 1GB, or reinstalling onboard graphics driver from the CD bundled?
Why the need to upgrade Windows 8 pro from normal, when you could have just installed Windows 8 PRo from the start and saved all the hassle.

Sorry but now I can't get any video signal from my PC so I don't think its usable.. Actually I was installing the Upgrade Pack and I need to re-activate my windows but I tried the workaround by Installing Windows 8 and don'activate and go on install the upgrade pack and then activate but it seems to fail cause, I think it screwed up my displays :(

If you can boot into bios, try setting up getting the Onboard graphics option as the way, or plug out the graphics card to force the system boot using onboard.

There could be another problem - HDMI cable.
I spoilt my computer cause I thought the system was cranky, but the only problem is the HDMI cable.

So if possible, try to troubleshoot as thorough as possible.
Try to now create un needed wastage like me :(
