Help needed!

Hi, not sure if I'm posting in the correct sub forum and if I posted it in the wrong forum my apologies. I have a custom rig about 1 year old. Everything was going fine till about a week ago,it started boot looping. Recently it also shows a message which goes something like this:" main bios corrupted. The system will be recovered from the backup bios." Any way to solve this? Oh and BTW my motherboard is a gigabyte b75m d3v if it helps. Thanks in advance

Check the clear CMOS button. Press it. And try booting up.
