Help needed!

Hi guys, I'm trying to build a cheap comp for myself with these minimum specs, any suggestions where should I go and get it? ( will they assemble the parts for me or I have to assemble it myself?)

Minimum Specs :
Windows 7 and above
Intel® Core™ i3
2GB RAM
3 x USB 2.0 Port
Wireless network card
Intel HD Graphics
HDMI Port

yes u can go for either get them to fix up for u or u diy ur self.

but base on what u want, can go intel NUC type though, but OS and storage have to self sufficient.
