Help needed

Hi, just now I am using my computer for around 15mins and my pc just shut down for no reason. Afterwards I tried booting up but nothing happen, just the power button flashing on and off repeatedly. I have off the main switch for 5 minutes then on again but the same thing happen. How do I check which hardware is the one causing the problem and I have been using this pc for 3 years. Thanks in advance.

Yes, that's my rig on the right. My PSU is Corsair CX750M Bronze.

Very high chance is PSU dying.
