Help needed!

Hi guys so I just subscribed to a data only plan bundled with an iPad Pro 10.5 online but now I want to cancel my order and the delivery is tomorrow. I called the customer service and they said they can't find my order through my NRIC so they can't cancel it, I'm assuming it's because the item is not delivered yet and I haven't signed for it. If I refuse delivery tomorrow, will that cancel my order and I won't be charged for anything? Thanks.

Sorry, signed up with Starhub but I did it through their online shop. I signed up for their MaxMobile Elite (6GB). No payment made as I chose to pay by installments 24 month. All I got was an order confirmation email that I have to show with my NRIC for tomorrow's delivery.
