Adelaide University happens to be on of Austalia's G8 universities (touted as the top 8 Universities in Australia) and within Top 100 in the world.

well, top 100 does not necessary say the program is good.
Did U check the ranking methodology?

there are 41 uni in australia, GO8 just mean these 8 uni are very focus on research. DL program here, undergrad what research is going on?

there is a thread on Ngee Ann, search for it. I know ppl doing CS and its siong. then again siong is all relative too. maybe u can visit and ask the students for feedback. few ppl from Ngee Ann konski edu come here. All the best

Inconvenience should of a minimal consideration if the programme and the school provides you with what you intend to pursue.

Personally I feel university of Adelaide is very established. The school has a long history with many politician. In singapore, we have ex president Ong Teng Cheong and current president Dr Tony tan as Alumni. If University of Adelaide is so lousy, they won't have a history of solid alumni. Just google and see who are their alumni

Having said that, school ranking goes up and down over the years due to many reasons. I still believe in establish school with long tradition and history
