HELP, No Display - what could be the problem?

The PC is a HP 8300 SFF.
Inside has a LP Gigabyte 1050Ti.

The front LED light is on (Green).
The HDD green LED also flashing on and off.
No beeping sound at all.

Just no display come out from the PC.
I had tried the GPU HDMI and DP port.
I had also tried the MB DP and VGA port (VGA out to HDMI adapter).
I had even tried using a different HDMI cable.

What could be the problem ??

Remove the LP Gigabyte 1050Ti and use onboard VGA?

Tried.

Still no pic.

Change to new display and cable.

Same, no pics.

Pc fan is running, at the highest speed.

Wat could be the problem?

Psu or mb ?

Try with only 1 stick of RAM after cleaning the gold contacts at the bottom with a soft eraser.
