HELP: office PC spec

hi all, need help on the spec i need for my office PC.
the pc will be on 24hours 5-6days a week.
usage of the pc is for backing up data, hourly.

what kind of crucial spec will i need for this?
should i build one at SLS or get one off retail?

are running any raids? 1,5,6 or any other kind of backup software?

Why use a PC for doing data backup? Maybe you need a NAS or personal cloud storage instead?
