Hi, I wanna make a desktop with a budget of $1500 exclude mouse/monitor/headset.

I read the sticky thread - Buyer's Guide 2 on the main page.

For my price range:

These recommendation are like 3 years old. Im sure that some of these parts can be updated, to more recent parts.

I wanna use this mainly for mmorpg gaming purposes, surfing net and some simple office work. What is the best part i can get with the budget that i have?

Havent decide which monitor to buy yet.
Games wise, like skyrim, elder scroll, overwatch and mmorpg.
Graphical expectations, high setting for most games would be nice.

Might want to put your preferred size of the PC as well. Can specify you want ITX or mATX or ATX size casing, easier for others to recommend parts. Do note that ITX builds generally more expensive due to smaller size.

Singupingu bro's build is solid
You could swap the PSU for a EVGA G3 550W Gold as its more than enough for a 1060 6GB to save about $20. Samsung SSD can switch to PNY/OCZ to save about $20 also.

Can put the money to getting a nicer casing if you prefer. Recommend Phanteks P400TG/P400S or Fractal Design Define C/Mini C.

Okok only lar. Can be tweaked better. Just that ts budget is good for a fairly easy requirements. That's why all the part chosen have great quality and reputation if he want ultra graphic gaming, need to down most components to budget build to get a gtx 1070.

No space constraints, not really into case. just need to house the parts and heat ventilation

Give up that 5% fps allow me to do all the stuffs the i5 isn't meant to do, plus with most of the components that are of better grade and brands.

Because the guy said he was only using it for gaming, that's why I recommended i5 which has higher framerates (5 to 10% more). And I already put a disclaimer that as long as he doesn't do game streaming, video editing or encoding, it will be ok.

TS can change to other brand of motherboard (he still has $50 left from his budget to play around with) if he doesn't like it for whatever reason. Anyway, all brands have their own horror stories.

Feel like games might use the extra cores in the near future though. Ryzen have possibility to be better for games coming up soon.

Yes and no. If you use 3200mhz ram kit and above, or more than 2 stick of ram, or both, then yes.

If you use 2 stick of ram only, rated 3000mhz and below, then no.
