Help On Building Gaming Rig

Hi all. I am planning to build a new gaming rig but i have a limited budget.
I play games like Dota2, LoL and WoW. Any advice on the specifications that i need to get with the budget of around $1k - $1.2k?

Would like to play the games mentioned smoothly at high setting or medium-high if possible. I would need to get a new OS too.

No requirements for monitor etc.

well you can try this :windows 8

but as far as i have seen comments from other forum (world wide) they have been using it and able to upgrade. so i think should be fine.

TS.. save a bit more to get 250gb SSD and HDD.
and have a lookout for lazada sales especially for GPU, SSD and PSU

So far i heard the RX480 having alot of issues. Is it really worth to buy or i should look into another graphic card.

not really an issues though.. and there's a fix coming out?

its either this or gtx 970 for price vs performance (since you have limited budget). both are close but RX480 is new

you cant go wrong with either one

Wait for more info on 1060 coming out tonight. 1060 and RX480 should be very close in terms of price and performance.
