Help on CPU unable to power Up!

Anyone can help to isolate the problem?

once I power up my com, I notice there is a power LEd lit on my motherboard.
But when I push the start button on the chases, the CPU start and stop immediately.
I have just send my faulty PSU and they replaced me with a new one.
Could it be the PSU having problem again? Or CPU is faulty?

things I tried:
motherboard replacement
Ram replacement

if system powers down after u start, usually it is:

1. mobo short
2. psu ko
3. ram faulty

I've experienced all 3 before and had system shutdown few secs after starting.
however they can have other symptoms, like blue screen, reboot etc.

unlikely gfx card or cpu. if cpu dies it just switches on but never posts. same for gfx

I got no spare PSU to test. Have to go Corbell warranty again. I just went Wednesday.

I faced a similar case and I found that one of my Motherboard Fan Headers was shot O_O''

how many sticks of Ram you have? try to boot with 1 first.... isolate the issue.

I have tried playing with the ram And CPU fan too.
Usually without fan it can boot till "CPU fan error"
But my case was immediately turn on and off for the CPU.
