Help on GPU overclocking

Hi all, sorry noob in overclocking, i max out everything for my MSI R9 270, power limit, core clock and memory clock, would it be ok or my gpu will boom?

it wont run. No one overclocks anything like that. google how to overclock gpu. there are tons of info on it.

Played D3 with it...no crashes...any1 can advice if it is feasible to do this?

Ok guess i will reset it back to original settings and until i see a need in OC then i will do it

Those who say it will boom then i would say it is not right.

270 is an underclocked card of the 270x. It has everything that 270x has. Just lack of 1 6pin connector. Everything else is the same.

270 to pull it to a 270x stock is just need to pull the bar to the max. No need to overvolt.

Memory clock just stay the same default will do.

OC at best gives you extra 10% performance.
@ 30 FPS = 3FPS
@ 60 FPS = 6FPS

OCing will also lead to unstability and shorten the life of your GPU.

You're lucky the sliders at max are only 1050/1500.

If it's like 1400/2000 confirm crash within 0.01 second upon game launch.

Chances are you wont keep your gpu beyond 5yrs long enough to experience the effects.

And secondly if you keep thermals under control it wont be an issue

Thirdly ocing on some cards like mine gives me a 40% boost
