Help on H100i and GTs

I'm having trouble using 2 gentle typhoons along with my H100i as the Corsair Link from H100i needs PWM fans. So I'd like to plug the 2 GTs onto my motherboard in order to control the fan speeds. But there's only 1 CPU fan header and i don't have a Y splitter. Can i plug the 2nd GT into the OPT Fan header as well?

You can plug in any fan headers of your motherboard so long there is fan control. check out your bios or manual for it.
