Help on Iphone camera & photo folder DCIM\100APPLE FOLDER

There was the "DCIM\100APPLE" folder but I now have 20 such empty folders. 100APPLE - 120APPLE.While I realize these folders are empty, I find it a bit of a pain to have to scroll down the list to the last folder which holds my most recent photos.

Under the apps camera , i can also see camera01 , camera02 etc


Is there any way that these folders can be deleted? and also those camera 01 , 02 can be deleted ?

If i had deleted all my photo ~ Is it possible just to have 1 camera and dcim\100apple folder ?

those extra camera2 , 3 , 4 and those 101APPLE , 102APPLE folders can be deleted ?

so i should left only 1 camera and 1 100APPLE folder , can be done ?

see already very gao wei so cannot delete ???

if empty all photo and just ignore those folder , if you retake another photo ~ the photo number will start with 0001 or continue from previous sequene ?
