I have collected some information from reading the site but I would like some professional advice.

Basically base on the new ati GPU.

I do not need monitor, kb, mouse, odd
not going to overclock cpu, but gpu if it allows.

My budget is 1.5k ~ 1.7k
Extra money could be used to channel into extra ram or ssd/hdd

MSI b85m g43 + i5-4570 ~ $356
Kingston Value Ram 8gb ~ $90
WD blue 1tb ~ $81
Plextor m5p 128gb ~ $149
gigabyte 280x ~449
seasonic m12ii 620w ~ $118 (modular psu preferred)
Nzxt h230 black ~ $99
Windows 8 home ~ $120

Dont worry about giving a whole new list of parts.
Please let me know the reasons for your choice, because I'm not that good with computer parts

Thing I would take into consideration,

The price is about 1month old.
Hope I could get some updates.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

PS~ would be going down tmr to take a look and most likely buy

Yea! Thanks for your help once again.

Anyway, just to clarify some doubts.

Is superflower a good brand for PSU?

Is there any other casing which fits my current build, one with a side window panel.

And is it ok for me to get x2 of the 8gb ram?

You dont need a 16gb ram unless you doing rendering video, 3D, video editing and Photoshop stuffs.

8gb should suffice.

If you want a 2x4gb you can get the Kingston HyperX Genesis 2x4gb kit 1600mhz ~ $99

Yes superflower is a trusted PSU. With Gold efficiency that price is nice.

If you want something with windows then i would say go for the Fractal Design Arc Midi with side windows ~ $129.

Or Corsair Obsidian 350D matx chassis ~ $139

If size does not matter then i will recommend you my current personal favourite. Corsair Carbide Air 540 Cube Chassis ~ $179

Hahaha, I would say that chassis is damn cute.
But not my type, I would like something strong.
Most likely getting the fractal one.

Lastly, it's better for me get dual channel ram right?

Are you able to come up with another list for overclocking?
Do I need another motherboard to OC gpu?

Thanks for your help! :D

In fact the corsair 540 can be gotten even lower than that. I got mine from TP at $15x.

That image you see is an individual sleevings. That one have to buy separate at your own cost. Most PSU do not come with individual sleevings.

But the HX600 yes it is not individual sleevings, but it is one cable sleeve up the whole thing.

Haha! Remember to post your hoot pic.

Go tradepac and bargain.

For PSU you can try Mynextcom if tradepac discount isn't great.

The air 540 must do some hunting. Can ask tradepac sell you if they have stocks. Last quote I had from them is $15X but no stocks.

Try either black or silver with white led.

Best of luck. Dun rush on the hoots. Spend some time walk around compare prices.
