1. I accidentally wiped out all my contacts yesterday.
2. So to recover some contacts, I went into WhatsApp. I added the contact through the ADD TO CONTACT option in WhatsApp. But in the Contacts page, the name appears BUT without the green WhatsApp icon.
3. Those added through SMS, will have the PHONE and WHATSAPP green icons in the Contacts list.
4. Names I added through the Contacts page, wait for a while, 2 green icons (phone and WhatsApp icons) appear.
Can anyone help or have a suggestion to try?
