HELP!! pc 4 beep error

hey have been using my custom pc for a few months without any problems but this week i kept on getting blue screen and 4 beeps with endless restart loop . googled for help and most likely is ram problem but I'm not sure any experts have advice? buy new ram? (please recommend). Thanks!!

Power off and remove memory modules leaving only one to test. Swap if fail. Memory got lifetime warranty. RMA the faulty one.

ok , but what do you mean by fail , because sometimes it is able to boot to windows and i check and it shows 8 gb (i have 2x4gb rams)if a ram fail it show only show 4gb? , is it the ram fail or is it maybe they are loose ??

Fail means cannot boot. Since your rig can sometimes boot to desktop, try remove the memory modules and clean the golden edges with eraser.
