Try putting the ram into other slots. Also, use an eraser to clean the golden contacts of ur ram.

Are all of ur hdd/ssd connected? Do remove all hdd/sdd except for the drive containing the OS.

Then, connect the sata data/power cables to that HDD and backup lor.. Have to do the manual way.

i've tried, the pc say i don have permission to go in, since all the files is inside the desktop, not D drive

Ok wait, just to clear things up. How many drives u have in ur problematic desktop? Which hdd/ssd have the data that u want to back up?

No such thing as 'inside' desktop, its either in C drive or D drive. U can still plug in ur OS C drive into ur other com. Just make sure in the BIOS, it is not set to as 1st priority. Or u can plug in the data cable when ur other desktop is up and running.

only one hdd in my problematic desktop.
all the file want to back up is in the C drive's user's desktop
i connect the problematic pc's hdd to another computer. i can access to its D drive only. but when i click in C drive's user folder, it say no permission.

ericccc your CPU cooler is very dusty causing the CPU to overheat , the power is cut off for protection against damage . check the thermal paste also.

just now i take out the cooler and use the duster spray clean, after that i clean the old thermal paste on cpu and cooler. reapply thermal paste, install everything switch on again also the same.

PS if i unplug the 4pin cpu power it won't boot but no shut down and on again.

Usually the symptom means either RAM or motherboard is faulty. Try to loan a RAM from a friend to verify whether it's the fault of the RAM or not. Googling the partial model of your motherboard looked like it can accept both DDR2 and DDR3 so you can try to loan either to test out. If it's still failing then pretty much the motherboard has RIP.

As for drive permission issue, take ownership of the folders you have been denied permission and you would be able to retrieve back all the files.
