So is your PSU fan spinning?
Your casing fans spinning?
Your CPU cooler fan spinning?
If your mobo has status LED, is it lit?
If you have PC speaker connected, any beeps?

Quite common for slight movement when pulling out your GPU to cause loose connection.

Make sure all your cables are plugged back tight.

Your PSU switch is on?
Re-plug in your power cable, make sure it goes all the way in.

Btw, you should always switch off the psu before plugging out the power cable

any1 know how to fix?

with so little details how you expect people to help? lol.

open your casing and make sure all the cables are plugged properly. as one of the members mentioned, other cables might have dropped out while you were removing the GFX.

worst case scenario you never turn off psu and plug out the power cable, your board or psu burnt liao.

did you connect your DVI-D/HDMI/Displayport cable to your onboard graphics?

If u had taken out gpu, did u connect the display cable to the outputs on the mobo? Or just left the cable dangling, not connected to anything on one end?

vvvery long shot but...
1st try simple off/on psu rocker switch, see if it works;
2nd try off psu, disconnect power cord, then press & hold pc casing power on button for 30sec, then put all back & see if it works...
