Any PC chassis (under $100) with good cable management to recommend please?

I am looking at Sharkoon T28.

yeap thats a very good casing. very neat cable management. eu can take a look at my site in the signature below. see few sample. one of the best.

Cable management aids in a chassis are useless if one does not know how to do it.
