Seems like a hardware issue; it is not a Windows BSOD. How old is your PC?

Does it switch on properly sometimes but end up into this screen after a while or...?

If PC relatively new, suggest you disassemble and clear everything of dust, reapply thermal paste etc if you have not done so in a while.

CPU might be overheating. Is it a branded PC or DIY? If branded PC, chances that it uses a stock CPU cooler with thermal pad and it has deteriorated.

Thermal pad and thermal paste are called thermal interfaces and are placed between the CPU and the CPU cooler heatsink and fan to allow heat to transfer better as their surfaces are not completely flat.

Thermal pads tend to deteriorate over time more quickly than thermal paste.

I suspect yours has deteriorated and no longer doing the job properly and causing your CPU to overheat. You can download HWmonitor to check your CPU temps to confirm first. If overheating, time to reapply thermal paste.

If not a overheating issue, it could be any component failure sporadically; likely your mainboard.

This is my current set up , i not planning to do a major upgrade , just want to solve my crash problem ..

i think i want to start with the graphic cards.. but i am not sure which one is compatible..

i have never try to Assemble or replace any parts of the pc by myself before.

My budget for graphic card is around $250

Any Help?

Now not 100% sure is GPU since you are using cooler master PSU. A failing PSU can also cause display issue.
